Karen Holly Muller
Co-Owner and COO

Ms. Muller founded Great Blue Pool Supply, LLC in 2012 with her husband Russell Muller.  With her extensive management, human resources, and budgeting experience, Ms. Muller will serve as Chief Operating Officer (COO).

An experienced business professional, Ms. Muller has spent a good portion of her career in higher education in Faculty Affairs and Human Resources Management functions for the Rutgers University, along with a background in banking, consumer products and, recruitment and staffing.

Active in industry as well as the community, Ms. Muller has been involved with the College and University Professional Association for Human Resources, as well as serving on the boards of the American Red Cross in Millburn, NJ; Zoological Society of the Turtle Back Zoo in West Orange, NJ; Association of Junior Leagues and Junior League of Morristown.

In her spare time, you will find Ms. Muller running her at-home pastry business or camping and fly fishing with her husband.
