On-Site Service
Our Service Technicians are factory trained in units from Hayward, Maytronics, Pentair, and Zodiac. We service many other robotic cleaners, just give a call and ask us if we can fix your cleaner.
We perform on-site analysis and repair, which eliminates shipping charges and delay.
On-site service is available in the following counties in New Jersey: Morris, Somerset, Sussex, and Warren. If you are not located in one of the counties above and wish to have on-site service visit, please call our Service Department to make arrangements and a receive a travel cost estimate.

Fees
On-site Visit = $200* fee, plus $125* labor fee (1 hour minimum) and parts.
Bench Fee = $125* fee to diagnosis the cleaner’s issues. This fee will be applied to final bill should the customer decide to repair the cleaner.
Labor Fee = $125*/hour. One (1) hour minimum for all repairs.
* All fees will be taxed at the current New Jersey sales tax rate.
Other Service
If your service requires shipping an item to Great Blue Pool, please call our Service Department to speak with a service technician before sending the item. Shipped service items must be pre-paid and insured with a completed repair service form. Return shipping will be billed to the customer.
