Happy 2024 Pool Season!
If you are experience issues with your robotic pool cleaner, the first step is to call Russ at 973-896-1069 to see if your issue can be resolved with tips given over the phone.
If it is determined that you need to service your robotic pool cleaner, please complete the Cleaner Drop-off Form.
Once the Cleaner Drop-off Form is completed, maintaining social distancing is our top priority to keep us all safe. Here is our process for the 2024 pool season.
Our process for the 2024 pool season is as follows.
- Please complete the Cleaner Drop-off Form and
- print it out to drop off with your cleaner or save, OR
- email it to Russ at russ@greatbluepool.com.
- Email or call Russ to set up a time and date to drop off your pool cleaner.
- Please include the transformer (power supply) when you drop off your cleaner.
- Please coil and secure the floating cable leaving about 6 feet of free cable on each side of the coil.
- Please make sure the cleaner is dry inside and out.
- Once you have your appointment confirmed and you have arrived at 145 Wootton Street, Boonton, NJ, 07005, please call Russ. Please place your cleaner on the edge of the lawn by the curb. Once you return to your vehicle, we shall pick it up. Please do not leave until you see me take possession of the cleaner.
After we receive your cleaner, it will be diagnosed and you will receive an email from us with an estimate for the cost of repair. Please be sure to check your spam email if you don’t hear from us. If you wish to have the cleaner repaired, please send us an email to give us your approval to move forward with the repair. As the Cleaner Drop-off Form states, whether or not you proceed with the repair/service, you will be charged the bench fee of $125.00, plus tax.
Thank you for seeking our service. If you have any questions on our process or in general, please give us a call.
Be well!
