Russ Muller
Co-Owner and Sales & Service 

Mr. Muller not only serves as a co-owner, he heads our Sales and Service Department. He is a fully trained service technician with Maytronics units.  Mr. Muller also has expertise in servicing many other pool robotic cleaners.

Mr. Muller began his career in the 80’s in the biology arena, where his has over a decade of experience in the field of aquatic toxicology and water chemistry determining the whole toxicity of surface water discharge to fresh and salt water organisms. He has published three papers in the field of aquatic toxicology.

Mr. Muller made a career change into sales by working for Rose Scientific, Inc., a Canadian-owned laboratory supply company looking to expand their business into the United States. It is here where Mr. Muller took his expertise from the laboratory and gain sales experience. He was responsible for establishing the U.S. market for laboratory equipment and supplies. With a successful sales portfolio, Mr. Muller moved into the pool arena and began working for Aqua Products, Inc. in 2004 in their Commercial Sales Department, until 2012. Mr. Muller was the top ranked sales representative with a history of exceeding both customer and employer expectations in the market of YMCA’s, parks and recreation facilities, hospital and rehabilitation facilities and health clubs. Beyond sales, Mr. Muller developed sales programs and marketing strategies to target key accounts and launch new products; wrote product sales literature, owner’s manuals, parts books and schematics, print ads, website-based specification sheets and coop-marketing programs; developed sales training programs; trained commercial and residential sales representatives; and attended extensive national trade show circuit.

Mr. Muller gives his clients the extra attention most salesmen don’t take the time to give. His clients are his top priority.

Active within the industry as well as the community, Mr. Muller has been involved with New Jersey Pool Manager’s Association, Association of Aquatic Professionals and Scientific Manufacturers Association of New York. In his spare time, you will find him spending time with his wife in the outdoors and taking photos.
